hectic day
today i screwed somethings up at work today i mixed up the fucking prawns the fresh and frozen ones together so there came a customer and yes obviously he complained i felt so awful after that incident that i dont feel like working at all already so that's how bad it is, yes if i was the customer i would have complained as well but thank god the prawns wasn't rotten of spoilt in a sense! just thank god and all really i never felt so relieved but i've to stand by to get some scoldings tmr probably a misconduct sigh. the word to use now is FUCK yes FUCK.
i'm so fucking bored somehow now but anyway my guess is it's my last week at chatterbox kitchen the next place i'll be headed is the butcher shop hah there i'll learn how to chop chop chop lol
ok maybe tmr i'll come out with a step by step way of how to cook a five star hotel standard beef kuay teow! haha ok i dont make the best kuay teow but at least it's of standard (:
